  • Patent number: 9156375
Abstract: An all terrain vehicle with a low profile low friction seat support is described. The vehicle includes a rail in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a seat support with a top member and a bottom member. The seat support is adapted for securing on the rail, and the seat support is adjustable in position in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A lock is provided for releasably locking the seat support in a forward position, a rearward position and therebetween. A low friction support member is positioned between the top and bottom members. At least two channels are formed in the top member. One of the channels matches the shape of the support member, and the other channel matches the shape of the rail for close registration between the top member and the support member and the rails. The seat support is highly compartmentalized, sturdier, and safer for vehicle occupants.

  • Patent number: 8751601
Abstract: There is disclosed an improved user interface for a network, for example the Internet. If a user clicks on an incorrect hyperlink then the system, instead of merely informing the user that an error (e.g. “404 Not Found” error—meaning that the requested web page is not available) has occurred, provides the user with a list (503) of hyperlinks to alternative web pages. The alternative web pages are related to the context of the web page that was originally requested by the user (but was not available, due to the incorrect hyperlink, to the user). In a preferred embodiment (300), the system analyzes a web page (201) (i.e. the web page that contained the incorrect hyperlink) for context information and uses the context information to improve the relevance to the user of the list (503). The system may also analyze other web pages for context information.

  • Publication number: 20040238031
Abstract: The heat actuated drain shutoff provides rapid actuation to stop the flow of a burning liquid into a drain system in order to prevent further damage to the drain system and structure in case of fire. The present shutoff includes a fusible element which melts when subjected to sufficient heat, thereby releasing a spring loaded valve to shut off flow through the drain. The spring actuation enables the device to be installed in any orientation, and the device is also adaptable to any environment having a drain for collecting flammable grease and liquids, such as kitchen or restaurant ventilation systems, service station islands, automotive repair shops, etc., where flammable liquids collected in a reservoir may be ignited.
