The liner and the method of making the liner by thermoforming layers which comprises a polyolefin foam sheet, a thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyolefin plastic sheet into a form liner that can imprint various shapes and textures into a poured wall or can be thermoformed into a liner which includes a plurality of joints which can secure objects in a form for a poured wall. The joints between the objects can be formed to be semicircular or flat and also with a variety of textures.
