    Abstract: Techniques for virtual production based on production element pose and pose error correction are disclosed. In an example method, a computing system receives physical and virtual pose data of multiple display elements arranged in a display assembly. The computing system identifies a first subset of the multiple display elements within a field of view of a camera device. The computing system excludes a second subset of the multiple display elements from transformation calculation, in which the second subset is outside the field of view of the camera device. The computing system generates a localized transformation using only the physical and virtual pose data associated with the first subset. The computing system applies the localized transformation to thereby correct pose errors for the first subset of the multiple display elements. The computing system renders content on the first subset of the multiple display elements using the corrected poses.
