  • Publication number: 20260155011
Abstract: A gaming device includes a display assembly including a monitor controller board, a display panel, and a backlight for controlling a display brightness of the display panel and a display connector providing communication between a processor of the device and the monitor controller board. The processor is programmed to determine that a trigger condition has occurred, identify a brightness command based upon the trigger condition and a lookup in a memory, and transmit the brightness command to the monitor controller board. The brightness command causes the monitor controller board to control the backlight to increase the display brightness from a first brightness level to a second brightness level. The processor further causes display at the display panel of an animation associated with the trigger condition in synchronization with the increase in the display brightness.

  • Patent number: 12548397
Abstract: Disclosed are gaming systems, methods and machines that include one or more eye gaze tracking systems. In particular, the eye gaze tracking system may be incorporated with a gaming system, or located with a gaming environment and otherwise connected to a gaming system. When the focus of the user's gaze is identified, the gaming system can activate a response in the feature associated with the user's gaze. This can include a virtual feature on a display screen or a feature, such as lighting or signage, on the gaming system or within the gaming environment.

  • Patent number: 12394272
Abstract: Disclosed herein are an electronic gaming system with a wireless charger for providing wireless charging of a user's wirelessly chargeable device(s). The electronic gaming system may include a wireless charging status determination system that may measure an aspect of power supplied to the wireless charger by the electronic gaming system and may determine a charging status of the wireless charger from such measurements, thereby allowing determination of charging status of the wireless charger (and, correspondingly, a determination of charge status for a wirelessly chargeable device being charged by wireless charger) by the wireless charging status determination system without requiring any data communication between itself and the wireless charger and/or the wirelessly chargeable device.

  • Publication number: 20230290212
Abstract: Touch screen systems for a gaming machine receive touch input signals via touch screen hardware. A touch screen controller communicates with a gaming machine controller. The touch screen controller drives the touch screen device hardware to render and display video data received from the game machine controller, and detects and interprets touch inputs received via the touch screen hardware during display of the video data. The touch screen controller generates touch data for each touch input. The touch screen controller provides information on all touch inputs whether valid or invalid to the game controller, and the game controller is adapted to take action in relation to both valid and invalid touch inputs.
