    Abstract: An ATCA exchange system is disclosed according to the embodiments of the present invention. The ATCA exchange system includes: a master exchange shelf, including a first node board and a hub board; and a slave exchange shelf, including a second node board and an I/O transfer board. The I/O transfer board includes an exchange interface, and in the slave exchange shelf, the I/O transfer board is connected to the second node board through the exchange interface. The I/O transfer board is connected to the hub board by using an external communication link through the exchange interface, so that data of the second node board reaches the hub board through the I/O transfer board when the data needs to be exchanged, so as to complete data exchange through the hub board. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

    Abstract: A method and a micro telecom computing architecture (MicroTCA) system for expanding MicroTCA are provided. On a backplane of a MicroTCA system, an advanced mezzanine card (AMC) connector and a joint test action group (JTAG) testing unit connector are set into at least one AMC slot. Setting the JTAG testing unit connector by using the existing AMC slot prevents occupying exclusive backplane space by setting another JTAG slot, and thus saves backplane space. Furthermore, after the test is completed, an AMC can be plugged in and the normal use of the AMC is not affected.

    Abstract: A MicroTCA system is disclosed that includes an MCH, a clock card connected with the MCH, and multiple AMCs. The clock card includes a clock selecting unit, configured to select and output a clock source and a phase-lock unit, configured to generate a system synchronization clock according to the clock source selected by the clock selecting unit of the clock card. The MCH includes a clock drive unit, configured to drive the system synchronization clock generated by the clock card to multiple AMCs connected with the MCH. A clock card, a cascaded MicroTCA carrier, and a method for providing a clock are also provided. In this way, the implementation of the MicroTCA clock system is simplified, and the whole configuration cost of multiple cascaded MicroTCA carriers is reduced.
