The at least one first light emitter is configured to emit light rays which are reflected forwards by the at least one first reflective face. A lens includes a light incoming face and a light outgoing face. The plurality of second light emitters is configured to emit light rays which are incident to the light incoming face and which exits via the light outgoing face.

A front surface of the thermally conductive member abuts the rear face of the transparent cover. A heating element electrically connected to a heating control device is mounted to a rear surface of the thermally conductive member and includes a heating wire having a diameter smaller than a width of the thermally conductive member. The heating wire is longer than the thermally conductive member.

The central portion is surrounded by the outer annular portion and is connected to the light guiding portion. The central portion includes front and rear faces. The front face includes an outer edge connected to the reflective face. The rear face includes a plurality of grooves. A portion of light rays from a light source entering the light guiding portion via the incident face transmits out of the lens via the reflective face. Another portion of the light rays is reflected to the central portion and reaches the grooves.
