Abstract: The application discloses a coil structure, including a coil, both positive and negative tabs of the coil include a tab uncut area between the tab outer ring cut-out area and the tab center cut-out area, and along the axial direction of the coil, the tab uncut area protrudes from the tab outer ring cut-out area and the tab center cut-out area. After the above-mentioned cut-out area is cut by the cutting process, the problem that the edge of the tab is turned out after rubbing can be improved. The application also discloses a battery including the above-mentioned coil structure.
