Abstract: An ionization chamber is provided with a series of parallel plates spaced from each other and with holes passing therethrough. Alternating plates have either a highest high voltage or a lower high voltage provided thereto, such as through a DC transformer coupled to an electric power source. Holes in alternating plates are preferably offset so that airflow through the plates occurs along curving pathways. The plates are sufficiently highly charged to cause carbon dioxide to be ionized and for carbon ions to become trapped within wells defining lowest regions of electric charge within an electric field inside the ionization chamber. Fans control airflow through the ionization chamber. A dehumidifier is provided upstream of the ionization chamber to reduce moisture content within the incoming gas. After the carbon has collected within the wells, harvesting of the carbon ions as carbon nano particle powder can occur within a carbon cache.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for generating a merged dataset, comprising: accessing data comprising a core dataset and an additional dataset; identifying a plurality of common attributes between the core dataset and the additional dataset; determining a plurality of similarity scores between an inquiring entity in the core dataset and a plurality of candidate entities in the additional dataset, including, for each candidate entity of the plurality of candidate entities: calculating a similarity score for the candidate entity based at least in part on a distance-based score and a weight influence score; selecting one or more matches for the inquiring entity in the core dataset from the plurality of candidate entities in the additional dataset based at least in part on the plurality of similarity scores; and generating the merged dataset by adding the one or more selected matches for the inquiring entity to the core dataset.

Each of the at least two wireless communication channels can operate at a different radio carrier frequency, and the first wireless transceiver may be part of a first vehicle. The method can also include transmitting, by the first wireless transceiver, common information in parallel on the at least two wireless communication channels to the second wireless transceiver and deactivating the at least two wireless communication channels.

Abstract: A melt-blown fabric for pouching smokeless tobacco or a smokeless tobacco substitute can include melt-blown polymer fibers. The fabric can have a basis weight of less than 30 gsm and a tensile strength of at least 4mJ in at least one predetermined direction. Method of making the fabric can include melt-blowing a polymeric material against a support surface and bonding the fibers or arranging them in a predetermined orientation. Pouched smokeless tobacco or tobacco substitute products including the fabrics provided herein can provide desirable flavor and tactile experience.

Abstract: A system for providing manual guidance of a vehicle includes a first inertial measurement unit (IMU) attached to a steering wheel, a second IMU attached to a fixed part of the vehicle, a global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) receiver, a data storage device for storing a pre-planned path, and a feedback module. The feedback module is configured to determine a current angle of the steering wheel, determine a deviation of the current position of the vehicle from the pre-planned path, determine a current heading of the vehicle, determine a current velocity of the vehicle, and determine a desired angle of the steering wheel relative to the vehicle. The system further includes a user interface configured to provide a visual indication of the desired angle of the steering wheel or a deviation of the current angle of the steering wheel from the desired angle of the steering wheel.
