The limiting assembly has an assembling mount fastened to the base, a connecting member extending through the assembling mount, a limiting component and an operating handle respectively connected to two opposite ends of the connecting member, and an elastic unit abutting against the limiting component and the assembling mount. The limiting component is capable of blocking the limiting protrusion to limit the battery between the base and the limiting assembly.

Two U-shaped brackets are connected to the axle and each has a pin movably extending therethrough which is insertable into either one of the two apertures of the plate corresponding thereto so as to position the connecting frame members in either the folded position or the operating position.
