Abstract: The present application provides a channel state information (CSI) feedback and receiving method and device. The CSI feedback method by a UE comprises: determining, according to an indication of a base station, at least one CSI feedback configuration group configured by the base station, wherein each CSI feedback configuration group comprises at least one CSI feedback configuration; and upon determination of a need to report CSI, reporting, via a PUCCH or PUSCH, to the base station CSI acquired based on a first CSI feedback configuration, wherein the first CSI feedback configuration is a CSI feedback configuration determined, according to location information of a CSI feedback configuration in the most recent report or location information of a CSI feedback configuration indicated by the base station, from a corresponding CSI feedback configuration group by the UE.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for implementing a proximity communication service. The method includes steps of: receiving a request for the proximity communication service from a UE; in accordance with the request for the proximity communication service from the UE, determining a proximity communication service identifier obtained when the UE subscribes for the proximity communication service; and in accordance with the proximity communication service identifier of the UE, implementing the proximity communication service. According to the present disclosure, it is able to prevent the situation where the proximity communication service cannot be implemented when a UE's 3GPP network layer identifier cannot be determined in accordance with a UE's application layer identifier, thereby to implement the proximity communication service of the UE.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for constraining a codebook subset. The method includes steps of: determining codebook subset constraint parameters for all or parts of matrix sets for constructing a codebook respectively, each codebook subset constraint parameter indicating an available matrix in a corresponding matrix set; and transmitting the determined codebook subset constraint parameters to a UE. The number of the matrices in each matrix set for constructing the codebook is far less than the number of precoding matrices in the codebook.

Abstract: Disclosed are an access method and device in a heterogeneous network for solving the problem that, in network selection of a heterogeneous wireless network, a user can only enjoy at any one time the service of one network and cannot simultaneously enjoy the services of different networks, the method comprising: dividing access points capable of providing a service for a user equipment (UE) into at least one competition group; and determining the access overhead of the competition group, and selecting for the UE, according to the determined access overhead of the competition group, a target competition group from the competition groups for accessing. A network multi-path routing and traffic distribution model is established, such that the UE can select different access methods, thus providing a new traffic operation mode for network development.
