Abstract: A rate adjustment method includes a rate estimation model generating a plurality of estimated rates according to a plurality of training data, a revenue estimation model generating an estimated revenue according to the plurality of estimated rates, updating the rate estimation model according to the estimated revenue to generate an updated rate estimation model, and inputting a plurality of current data into the updated rate estimation model to update the plurality of estimated rates.

Abstract: An electrode material and a lithium-ion energy storage device are provided. The electrode material includes at least one material selected from the following structures: a Keplerate-type polyoxometalate containing molybdenum and iron; a Keplerate-type polyoxometalate containing molybdenum and vanadium; a bi-capped Keggin-type polyoxometalate containing vanadium; and a polyoxometalate containing vanadium and a transition metal, wherein the transition metal is nickel, cobalt, iron, or manganese. A lithium-ion energy storage device having the above electrode materials may still maintain higher capacity at higher current density, and may still maintain the original capacity after many cycles.

Abstract: Compounds of the formula: where the formula variables are as defined in the disclosure, advantageously inhibit or block the biological activity of the picomaviral 3C protease. These compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, are useful for treating patients or hosts infected with one or more picornaviruses, such as RVP. Intermediates and synthetic methods for preparing such compounds are also described.
