  • Publication number: 20240088901
Abstract: A first clock signal is generated from a reference clock signal. A first frequency associated with the first clock signal is less than a reference clock frequency associated with the reference clock signal. The first clock signal is propagated towards a first component of an integrated circuit through a clock tree. A second clock signal having a second frequency is generated from the first clock signal at a terminal point of the clock tree. The second clock signal is provided to the first component.

  • Patent number: 11916058
Abstract: An integrated circuit is provided and includes a multi-bit cell having multiple bit cells disposed in multiple cell rows. The bit cells include M bit cells, M being positive integers. A first bit cell of the bit cells and a M-th bit cell of the bit cells are arranged diagonally in different cell rows in the multi-bit cell. The multi-bit cell includes first to fourth cell boundaries. The first and second boundaries extend in a first direction and the third and fourth boundaries extend in a second direction different from the first direction. The first bit cell and a second bit cell of the bit cells abut the third cell boundary, and the first bit cell and a (M/2+1)-th bit cell of the bit cells abut the first cell boundary.

  • Publication number: 20180044738
Abstract: Described are methods of detecting circulating HOTAIR in breast cancer patients. The detection of circulating HOTAIR may aid in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (“TNBC”) or anti-estrogen resistant breast cancer. Circulating HOTAIR may be quantified before and after treatment to determine effectiveness of the treatment. Aspects are directed to diagnosing and treating TNBC and/or anti-estrogen resistant breast cancers in a subject by detecting circulating HOTAIR levels from a sample in the patient. The treatments may include administering agents that decrease the activity of EGFR and c-ABL, such as lapatinib and imatinib, respectively. Additional embodiments of the treatments include administration of a chimeric aptamer that targets both EGFR activity and HOTAIR expression.

  • Publication number: 20170073662
Abstract: The invention provides a molecule carrier, comprising a metal-organic framework having an interior space and a surface of the metal-organic framework has a plurality of pores; and a molecule embedded in the interior space of the metal-organic framework. The invention also provides a method for preparing the molecule carrier by a de novo approach, comprising mixing a solution containing metal ions, an organic ligand, a molecule, and a surface coating agent to form an aqueous mixture. After incubating for a few minutes, the aqueous mixture is subjected to a drying process to obtain the molecule carrier.
