  • Publication number: 20230369480
Abstract: A semiconductor device comprises an insulating region surrounding an active area having a channel direction and a transverse direction that is transverse to the channel direction. A source region and a drain region are disposed in the active area, and are spaced apart along the channel direction. A channel is disposed in the active area and is interposed between the source region and the drain region. The channel comprises a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG). A gate line is oriented along the transverse direction and is disposed on the channel and has a gate width in the channel direction. The gate line comprises gate material. A gate line terminus is disposed at each end of the gate line. Each gate line terminus comprises the gate material. Each gate line terminus has a width in the channel direction that is at least 1.2 time the gate width.

  • Patent number: 10845915
Abstract: An electronic apparatus and a method for switching touch modes thereof are provided. A touch screen of the electronic apparatus has a plurality of touch modes. A current touch mode of the touch screen is one of the plurality of touch modes. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, the number of times a key module of the electronic apparatus is pressed is determined according to a pulse count of a trigger signal provided by the key module. Next, a first touch mode of the plurality of touch modes is looked up in a lookup table according to the number of times. Afterwards, the current touch mode of the touch screen is switched to the first touch mode.

  • Patent number: 9488726
Abstract: An object detection method using ultrasonic waves includes: emitting a plurality of ultrasonic signals sequentially according to a time interval; sensing a sound wave formed by each of the ultrasonic signals to generate a reflected signal; and analyzing the reflected signal to detect at least one reflection object. It can be clearly known whether a reflection object is appearing, moving and the moving direction by the method.

  • Publication number: 20070243770
Abstract: A low profile electrical connector assembly has terminals attached to insulated electric cables that are disposed in topless slots of a connector base. Each terminal has two longitudinally spaced retention slots. The connector base has two transverse grooves that extend through sidewalls of the topless slots to provide terminal retainers that engage the forward retention slots to retain the terminals in a longitudinal direction. The connector base has a third transverse groove that extends through the sidewalls of the topless slots with selected sidewalls having undercuts for retaining a bottomless connector cover. The connector cover has a face plate that has a plurality of apertures that align with the topless slots, a lower ledge, and a depending lock bar. The lock bar is disposed in the third transverse groove and extends through the rearward retention slots to further retain the terminals in the longitudinal direction.
