    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a network management platform for managing a plurality of deployments are described herein. In an embodiment, a server computer receives a request to generate a plurality of network deployments, including first interface elements and rules for a first network deployment and second interface elements and rules for a second network deployment. The server computer sends the first network deployment to a first plurality of client computing devices and sends the second network deployment to a second plurality of client computing devices. When the server computer receives network usage data from the first and second plurality of computing devices, the server computer provides the network usage data to a network operation with an identification of a corresponding deployment.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are described for providing non-mobile data channel access to a mobile application on a mobile computing device. A request for data may be received, by a client component on the mobile computing device, from the mobile application. The client component may automatically detect that mobile data is unavailable, and may automatically select a non-mobile data channel for the mobile application to communicate to an application server. The automatic selecting may be based on availability of a non-mobile data channel and bandwidth of the available non-mobile data channel. The client component may translate the request for data into a format of the selected non-mobile data channel and transmit the translated request for data to a back-end server via the selected non-mobile data channel.

The special rating request requests that a predetermined data rate be applied to data associated with the access endpoint for the campaign period. The data associated with the access endpoint is made available at the predetermined data rate on a communications network. Furthermore, advertising may be provided that communicates that the application is available for download and for use on the communications network at the predetermined data rate.
