    Abstract: The present invention provides a capsule endoscope, including: an enclosure, including a main body portion and end portions located at both ends of the main body portion; a hardware component, arranged in an accommodating space enclosed by the enclosure, the hardware component including a battery component, the battery component being arranged in a space corresponding to the main body portion; a first thermal insulation material layer, arranged between the enclosure and the battery component; and a sealing layer, arranged between the hardware component and the thermal insulation material layer. The capsule endoscope can effectively reduce the thermal convection between the battery component and the enclosure, better concentrate the heat inside the enclosure, so that the battery component may reach a higher thermal equilibrium temperature, extend the working time of the battery component, and improve the stability of the capsule endoscope.

According to the method and the system, the position of the magnetic ball is adjusted, such that a plurality of application environments are adapted to, thereby improving the safety performance of the magnetic control capsule endoscopic apparatus.

When the adsorption component has no adsorption force, the intermediate member is pressed against the upper end of the suspension member so that at least part of the suspension member abuts against the pairing portion and the suspension member is locked. When the adsorption component has the adsorption force, the intermediate member is driven to move vertically so that at least part of the suspension member is separated from the pairing portion and a posture of the suspension member is appropriate for adjustment.

The spring arm, the swivel base, the reinforcing arm and the loading part constitute a four-bar mechanism, the loading part moves up and down through the rotation of the spring arm, and a limiting is realized through a contact of the spring arm and the reinforcing arm. When the spring arm and the reinforcing arm drive the loading part to move downwards, after the spring arm is abutted against the reinforcing arm, the four-bar linkage mechanism cannot rotate, a mechanical limiting is realized, and the loading part can be prevented from falling. There is no need to add additional parts, and different height changes of the limiting are realized only by adjusting the size of the spring arm and/or the size of the reinforcing arm.

In a released state, the elastic clamp member is expanded by the air pressure from the tether, and the capsule endoscope is released from the elastic clamp cavity.
