Abstract: An emergency lighting and evacuation guidance system includes an emergency lighting and evacuation guidance arrangement which is electrically connected to a commercial electricity supply, and a complementary green power assembly which is electrically connected to the emergency lighting and evacuation guidance arrangement. When the commercial electric supply is cut off during an emergency, the power generated by the complementary green power assembly is supplied to the emergency lighting and evacuation guidance arrangement, whereby the emergency lighting and evacuation guidance arrangement guides people to evacuate and escape during the emergency.

Abstract: A fire alarm and surveillance system includes a manual fire alarm activator, a main control unit electrically connecting to the manual fire alarm activator, and a surveillance system electrically connecting to the main control unit. When the manual fire alarm activator is triggered, the manual fire alarm activator is arranged to send a corresponding signal to the main control unit, and trigger the surveillance system to capture a visual video of the predetermined area.

Abstract: A self-illuminating fire door includes a door body (10) and a door frame (20), each having a front and a rear sides respectively, includes a self-illuminating member (30) on at least one side of the door body (10) and the door frame (20). The self-illuminating member (30) is made in self-illuminating material and constructed into a block unit, a rod unit or a flat film body unit. The block unit or the rod unit is mounted onto the door body (10) or the door frame (20) at one or both sides. The flat film unit is stick or bonded onto the door body (10) or the door frame (20) at one or both sides. The self-illuminating material is alkaline earth alluminate material, a light-storing type self-illuminating material. The fire door can illuminate under a dark condition or at night, thereby guiding people to exit route to escape from the fire.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a floating gate in a flash memory device includes providing a substrate, forming a first-type ion doped floating gate layer on the substrate, forming a first patterned photoresist layer on the first-type ion doped floating gate layer, dry etching the first patterned photoresist layer, wherein a dimension of the pattern of the first photoresist layer after the dry etching process is smaller than a dimension of the pattern before the dry etching process. The method further includes forming a dual-doped floating gate layer by implanting second-type ions into the first-type ion doped floating gate layer by using the first photoresist layer as a mask, wherein the first-type ions and the second-type ions have opposite charges. A flash memory device thus fabricated has a small CD and a dual-doped floating gate that provide high programming efficiency.
