    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing taurine, methyltaurate and methyltaurine by using ethylene oxide, including: preparing taurine by an ethylene oxide process, and obtaining a taurine mother liquor; mixing the taurine mother liquor with methylamine, adding an alkaline catalyst, and carrying out an amination reaction to obtain a reaction solution; evaporating ammonia and methylamine from the reaction solution to obtain a methyltaurate solution; preparing a methyltaurine solution by using the methyltaurate solution; and concentrating and crystallizing the methyltaurine solution to obtain methyltaurine. The method of the invention avoids the problem of recycling a mother liquor in the existing taurine production to reduce the generation possibility of impurities, and meanwhile, can achieve quantitative conversion to methyltaurate and methyltaurine by controlling a molar ratio of raw materials to the catalyst in the reaction.

The collagen type III is ultimately prepared by further purification, detection, and isolation based on the extracellular matrix components in a conditioned culture solution for fibroblasts, which are the most important cells in the human skin dermis, and can be combined with hyaluronic acid to form a composition formulation for use by people who want to remove and fill wrinkles on face and neck. The method is a production technique of the collagen type III composition from the fibroblast extracellular matrix, which belongs to a transplantation technology. More specifically, the human collagen is prepared from the cell culture supernatant by in vitro culturing the skin donated by volunteers for fibroblasts. The detection results of HIV, HBV, HCV, and syphilis infection markers are all non-reactive, mycoplasma is negative, and bacterial detection is negative.
