  • Publication number: 20250025044
Abstract: Provided is an angio-OCT-based dynamic functional retinal blood flow imaging apparatus, comprising an angio-OCT sample optical path and an angio-OCT signal acquisition path, and further comprising a visual stimulation module arranged on the same axis as a sample arm optical path, the visual stimulation module projecting a stimulation image to different parts of the retina in the eye by means of a hot mirror DM. Further provided is an imaging method for an angio-OCT visual stimulation-induced retinal dynamic functional blood flow change image of an angio-OCT-based dynamic functional retinal blood flow imaging apparatus. The apparatus and the method focus on the functional characteristics of a visual system, and based on the special functional unit, “vascular nerve coupling”, of a central nervous system, dynamic functional retinal blood flow imaging combined with visual stimulation is developed on the basis of existing angio-OCT imaging technology.

  • Publication number: 20240261143
Abstract: A self-sealing trabeculectomy, which solves the problems in existing scleral flap suturing. The self-sealing trabeculectomy includes the following steps: S1: before a surgery, conducting disinfection, draping and eye speculum placement, and conducting local infiltration anesthesia under a surgical eye conjunctiva; S2: making a conjunctival flap; S3: making a 4 mm×3 mm or 4 mm×4 mm scleral flap; S4: resecting a root of an iris and trabecular tissues, smoothing the scleral flap with a restoration instrument, and suturing the bulbar conjunctiva with a nylon thread to reach a watertight state; S5: removing a suspending suture for the rectus or a cornea, reducing the eye speculum to weaken a tension of the eye speculum, and forming an anterior chamber; S6: taking out the eye speculum; and S7: after the surgery, conventionally locally applying a corticosteroid hormone and a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug, keeping a filtration channel unobstructed.

  • Patent number: 11872160
Abstract: An implantable amina cribrosa crossing pressure balance maintainer for constantly balancing the lamina cribrosa crossing pressure difference, an implantation device, and a method for balancing the lamina cribrosa crossing pressure difference. The lamina cribrosa crossing pressure balance maintainer is placed at the lamina cribrosa to balance the lamina cribrosa crossing pressure difference so as to enable the deformed lamina cribrosa to recover or even reverse deformation, so that the tolerance of glaucoma patients to intraocular hypertension is improved, nerve damage caused by the lamina cribrosa crossing pressure difference is relieved and reduced, and primary factors of the glaucoma optic nerve damage are eliminated. New ideas are provided for the treatment of the glaucoma in the middle and advanced periods.

  • Patent number: 10076443
Abstract: A penetrating canaloplasty for treating angle-closure glaucoma that retains the advantages of canaloplasty, namely, internal drainage and non-bleb-dependence; the sclera is tightly sutured so as to avoid ocular hypotension and shallow anterior chamber complications; bleb-related complications such as postoperative infection and dry eye are avoided; since an inner wall of the Schlemm's canal is resected, it is possible to improve long-term success rates; indications are widened, including angle-closure glaucoma and all of glaucoma patients applicable to trabeculectomy. Traditional trabeculectomy forms blebs through outer filtering to reduce intraocular pressure, and the existence of blebs can influence postoperative living quality of patients.
