A device determines a frequency offset between a first center frequency of a first subband and a second center frequency of a carrier. Within a time duration, the carrier is split into the first subband for reception and at least one second subband for transmission. The first subband includes a set of resource blocks on the carrier. The device also determines a target sampling rate based at least on a subcarrier spacing and the number of resource blocks in the set of resource blocks. The device further processes a signal received on the first subband based on the frequency offset and the target sampling rate.
