    Abstract: A pressure stabilizing cavum includes multiple PE pipes and a backing plate. The multiple PE pipes are inserted through a longitudinal keel of the ship. Each PE pipe is provided with a first opening. Both two sides of the each PE pipe in the width direction of the first opening are connected to a hull bottom plate of the ship to form a pressure stabilizing cavum. The backing plate is located between the each PE pipe and the hull bottom plate and is sealingly connected to the each PE pipe and the hull bottom plate. The backing plate is provided with a first through hole, and the hull bottom plate is provided with a second through hole communicating with the first through hole, and the pressure stabilizing cavum communicates with the outside of the ship through the first through hole and the second through hole.

    Abstract: A method for separating hemicellulose and lignin from a miscellaneous sugar liquid, in particular a method for separating xylose and lignin from a miscellaneous sugar liquid, is provided. The method solves the problem of lignin carbonization and fouling in the hydrolysis reaction process of the miscellaneous sugar liquid mixed solution. By adding an organic solvent, the lignin separated out in the hydrolysis reaction process is dissolved in the organic solvent component, so the situation that the carbonization and fouling of lignin in a reactor generates substances unfavorable for actual production is avoided. Moreover, the lignin is well protected in the organic solvent, and the lignin obtained in a later period has high reaction activity and excellent performance.

    Abstract: A method for producing high-activity lignin and by-product furfural and an application, includes: using a dissolving pulp pre-hydrolysate and/or sulfite cooking liquor as the raw material, and catalyzing by employing an acid as a catalyst to obtain the lignin and furfural, wherein the acid is one or a combination of at least two of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and acetic acid. According to the method, the yield of the obtained lignin and furfural is further increased by catalyzing the dissolving pulp pre-hydrolysate and/or the sulfite cooking liquor with the acid. Lignin especially has higher reactivity and low molecular weight, and the ratio of 5-methyl furfural in furfural to furfural is in a proper range, so that the strength of furan resin prepared from furfural is improved.

    Abstract: A method and system for disposal of furfural wastewater, wherein raw crop material is transported into a hydrolysis reactor after crushed and mixed with acid to be hydrolyzed to form raw furfural liquid, and then said raw furfural liquid is transported into a distillation column to be distilled, during which furfural wastewater is discharged from said distillation column. Firstly said furfural wastewater is transported into a wastewater evaporation system to be heated it into wastewater vapor which is then transported back into said hydrolysis reactor to form recycle of said furfural wastewater. Wastewater vapor residues generated therein can be utilized directly to combust in boiler, mix with acid, or prepare end product acetate. The system for disposal of furfural wastewater comprises at least a wastewater evaporation system connecting with a heat resource which is one of steam, electricity, coal, oil, gas, plant straws or wastewater vapor residues.
