    Abstract: A new fluorescence detection method called pyrophosphorolysis activated fluorescence was developed to measure PAP amplification of nucleic acid. A fluorophore-quencher dual-attached blocked primer was used for PAP which has a fluorophore attached to a nucleotide in the internal region or at the 5? end and a quencher attached to a blocked nucleotide at the 3? end. Multiple fluorophore-quencher dual-labeled blocked primers were also used for multiplex PAP, which are attached with different fluorophores to distinguish multiple templates in a reaction.

Clear encapsulant may cover the light-emitting devices. A white polymer wall or other light recycling structure may run along an outer peripheral edge of the encapsulant. A light diffusing coating layer may coat an outer surface of the clear encapsulant. Light reflections from the status indicator may be reduced in captured images.

    Abstract: Movable thick dehydration device and method for eluent sediment from medium- and low-concentration ammonia nitrogen are provided. The device integrates the existing eluent preparing mechanism, a transferring mechanism, pumping mechanisms, a transport vehicle, an automatic controlling system, an eluent collecting pool, primary and secondary sedimentation pools, and primary and secondary processing units. After post-treatment and recovery of eluent waste from rare earth mines, ammonia nitrogen and rare earth heavy metals in the eluent of rare earth mines can be recovered and disposed, and 90% of ammonia nitrogen and over 95% of rare earth in the eluent can be recycled. The device is movable and automated, and therefore suitable for environmental treatment of closed rare earth mines with residual ammonia nitrogen. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to reduce investment costs of capital construction, disposal site restoration of environmental treatment of rare earth mines with residual ammonia nitrogen.

In another suitable arrangement, the driver circuitry may be formed on a driver printed circuit board coupled to an interposer by a flexible printed circuit. The interposer may include bond pads and copper pillars grown on the bond pads. The contact pads on each of the diodes may be simultaneously bonded to the copper pillars. A surface of the substrate layer may be patterned to form light redirecting elements if desired.
