The network node includes processing circuitry configured to: configure a first measurement resource for channel measurements, configure a second measurement resource for interference measurements, cause transmission of a first signal with a first predefined power level in a transmission occasion of the first measurement resource, and cause transmission of a second signal with a second predefined power level in a transmission occasion of the second measurement resource where at least one of the first predefined power level and the second predefined power level is configured to at least in part mitigate channel quality indication, CQI, saturation.

Abstract: A fuzzy finite-time optimal synchronization control method for a fractional-order permanent magnet synchronous generator, and belongs to the technical field of generators. A synchronization model between fractional-order driving and driven permanent magnet synchronous generators with capacitance-resistance coupling is established. The dynamic analysis fully reveals that the system has rich dynamic behaviors including chaotic oscillation, and a numerical method provides stability and instability boundaries. Then, under the framework of a fractional-order backstepping control theory, a fuzzy finite-time optimal synchronous control scheme which integrates a hierarchical type-2 fuzzy neural network, a finite-time command filter and a finite-time prescribed performance function is provided.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a service rate adjustment method and an apparatus. The service rate adjustment method in the present disclosure includes: receiving actual transmission capability information of a base station sent by the base station; and adjusting a service rate of a transmit end according to the actual transmission capability information and the service rate of the transmit end that sends service data to the base station. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, rate adjustment for the transmit end that sends service data to the base station can be implemented, so that the service rate of the transmit end that sends the service data to the base station matches an actual transmission capability of the base station, thereby improving data transmission quality.

Also it is provided a system for implementing directional publishing of information and a computer storage medium. With the described method and system, a verification code can be used to implement directional publishing of information, thereby increasing the utilization rate of the validate code.

A device and a system for establishing a bearer for a GSM network are also disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. With the present invention, a full or part path transcoder-free operation may be realized, which can avoid quality reduction and transmission delay.
