    Abstract: An electronic device and a method of forming the same are disclosed. An emitter resonator and a reception cap cavity are formed on and in a first wafer, and an emitter cap cavity and a reception resonator are formed in and on a second wafer. After bonding together the first and second wafers, an emitter filter is formed in an emission region, and a reception filter is formed in a receiving region. The method provided in the present invention not only can simplify the fabrication process of the device and improve its accuracy and stability, but also facilitates integration of the emitter and receives filters in a same chip, which results in a higher degree of integration of the device and a more compact package size thereof.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating the semiconductor device includes the following steps. Forming a sacrificial portion at a first end of an upper electrode layer before a passivation layer is formed so that it supports a corresponding end portion of the passivation layer, making the passivation layer not suspended at all. In this way, the suspended portion of the passivation layer will not be damaged during the formation of a contact pad. In addition, subsequent to the formation of the contact pad, removing the sacrificial portion, freeing up a space under the end portion of the passivation layer so that the end portion itself becomes a suspended portion. This can ensure performance of the resulting semiconductor device.

    Abstract: A method for high-efficiency self-adaptive modular data encryption is provided. The method includes: acquiring sizes of file blocks of an operating system, an application program and a document system; adjusting a size of a self-adaptive encrypted data block according to the sizes of the file blocks; partitioning data into a plurality of data blocks; and encrypting the data blocks according to the size of the self-adaptive encrypted data block. A system for high-efficiency self-adaptive modular data encryption is also provided. In encryption and decryption processes, partitioning of data blocks is directly related to data processing speed and efficiency. The self-adaptive system of the present invention is configured to partition data blocks and to automatically adjust and match sizes of encrypted blocks according to the operation system, the application program and the document system environment, thereby greatly improving the speed and efficiency of data encryption and decryption processes.
