Two groups of support rings (4) are respectively fixedly mounted at the upper end and the lower end in the tank body (2). Grooves used for matching and lapping the two cross support frames (3) are formed in both groups of the support rings (4). Sliding bearings (9) used for rotatably mounting the upper end and the lower end of the mandrel (6) are arranged at the central positions of the two cross support frames (3).
