Abstract: Example video frame processing methods and devices are described. One example video frame processing method includes detecting whether a first video frame is a scene switching frame. The method further includes, if the first video frame is the scene switching frame, continuing to display a second video frame, and switching display from the second video frame to the first video frame based on the first video frame meeting a preset display condition. The second video frame is a video frame that is last displayed before a bitstream of the first video frame is received.

Abstract: The disclosure herein generally relates to sealing elements for valves and methods for forming the same. A valve component has a body which includes a guide portion, a stem, and a sealing portion between the guide portion and the stem. The sealing portion has a front surface facing the guide portion, a back surface facing the stem, and a recess for a sealing element formed in a periphery of the sealing portion; and one or more passages extending between the back surface of the sealing portion and the recess.

Abstract: Techniques for low delay and small memory footprint picture buffering are described. For example, an apparatus may include a media processing node to receive a decoded video frame. The media processing node may selectively output and selectively buffer the decoded video frame. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
