  • Publication number: 20240335392
Abstract: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to nanoclusters comprising cores comprising self-assembled unimolecular nanoparticles and biomimetic membrane coatings surrounding the cores, methods of making the same, and methods of treating and preventing restenosis using same. In some embodiments, the nanoclusters can contain an anti-restenotic drug. In one embodiment, the polymers and/or copolymers of the unimolecular nanoparticles can contain a hydrophobic group such as, for example, a phenylboronic ester. In a further embodiment, the biomimetic membrane can localize the nanoclusters at sites of vascular damage, at which time reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the sites of vascular damage cleave the hydrophobic groups from the polymers and/or copolymers, increasing hydrophilicity of the polymers and/or copolymers and allowing for greater tissue penetration of the de-clustered nanoclusters and nanoparticles.

  • Patent number: 12093134
Abstract: Techniques manage tracking records in an application system which includes an active dump file and an inactive dump file. A set of tracking records indicating a state of the application system is received. The set of tracking records is added to the active dump file. A storage signal for storing the active dump file into a backup device associated with the application system is generated according to a determination that a size of the active dump file meets a predetermined size threshold and according to a determination that a state of the inactive dump file is a ready state. The ready state indicates that the inactive dump file is available for storing another set of tracking records to be received in the future. Accordingly, two dump files may alternately store tracking records, and copies of the dump files may be continuously stored into a backup device to improve reliability.

  • Patent number: 11996473
Abstract: Flexible transistors and electronic circuits incorporating the transistors are provided. The flexible transistors promote heat dissipation from the active regions of the transistors while preserving their mechanical flexibility and high-frequency performance. The transistor designs utilize thru-substrate vias (TSVs) beneath the active regions of thin-film type transistors on thin flexible substrates. To promote rapid heat dissipation, the TSVs are coated with a material having a high thermal conductivity that transfers heat from the active region of the transistor to a large-area ground.

  • Publication number: 20230342041
Abstract: Techniques for allocating storage space of disks in a storage system involve selecting a current storage node from a plurality of storage nodes according to at least one previously selected storage node and association relationships between the plurality of storage nodes. Such techniques further involve selecting a current disk from a plurality of disks according to at least one previously selected disk, the current storage node, and association relationships between the plurality of disks. Such techniques further involve allocating at least one slice in the current disk to a redundant array of independent disks (RAID) stripe. Such a technique can support a distributed storage system having more storage nodes, can greatly reduce the time for allocating the storage space of disks, and can make a RAID stripe evenly allocated between the storage nodes and the disks in the storage system, thereby greatly improving a success rate of data recovery.

  • Patent number: 11755395
Abstract: Techniques for storage management involve determining, based at least on an upper limit duration for recovering a predetermined number of disk sets among a plurality of disk sets, a first recovery rate for recovering at least a portion of the plurality of disk sets. The techniques may further involve determining the number of disk sets that are not recovered based on the first recovery rate among the plurality of disk sets. In addition, the techniques may further involve performing data recovery on unrecovered disk sets among the plurality of disk sets based on a predetermined second recovery rate according to the determined number being less than or equal to the predetermined number, the second recovery rate being lower than the first recovery rate and being associated with the upper limit duration. Accordingly, it can be ensured that all to-be-recovered disk sets may be recovered within a recovery duration.
