Abstract: The present application discloses a cooling system for a drive motor for an alternative fuel vehicle, the drive motor comprising a motor housing, a stator core arranged in the motor housing, and a stator winding arranged inside the stator core, wherein the stator core is formed by a lamination of a core punch, characterized in that the cooling system comprises: a flow guiding configuration for directing a coolant flow around an outer periphery of the stator core to cool the stator core, the flow guiding configuration comprising alternately arranged diversion regions and convergence regions; one or more coolant inlets for introducing the coolant from outside the cooling system; a flow guiding hood for directing the coolant flow to the ends of the stator windings to cool the ends of the stator windings; and a convergence port for allowing the coolant in the flow guiding configuration to pass so that the coolant flows from the outer periphery of the stator core to the flow guiding hood.

Abstract: A stator winding structure (100) for a motor. The motor is a three-phase alternating current motor having eight poles. Each phase comprises four shunt wound branches. The stator winding consists of multiple U-shaped flat copper wires (10). A connection portion of each U-shaped flat copper wire (10) disposed in the motor is located on the same side with respect to the motor. The technical solution also provides a motor comprising the stator winding structure (100) and a vehicle comprising the motor.

The electric motor comprises an iron core (1) and a multi-phase winding structure (2), wherein the iron core (1) is provided with a plurality of grooves (11) arranged in the circumferential direction, and one side of the iron core (1) is an inserting side, and the other side is a welding side; the multi-phase winding structure (2) is arranged in the plurality of grooves (11) of the iron core (1), each phase of the winding structure (2) comprises N parallel winding sub-windings formed by a plurality of hairpin conductors of different shapes, and N is a positive even number; and the conductors, forming each phase of the winding structure (2), of the same sub-winding are located on a non-adjacent conductor layer corresponding to the grooves (11).
