    Abstract: A mechanical apparatus levelling mechanism has a base (10), an adjusting screw rod (20), an adjusting plate (30) and a support plate (40). The adjusting screw rod penetrates into the adjusting plate in an axial direction and is connected to the base. The adjusting plate is located on the base; the support plate is mounted at a top end of the adjusting screw rod and is located above the adjusting plate; and the adjusting plate rotates to drive the adjusting screw rod to rotate, such that the support plate is adjusted vertically. This simplifies the operation procedure, improving the assembly accuracy and improving the working efficiency. The method is simple to operate. These adjusting mechanisms are convenient to move and simple to adjust, are time-saving and labour-saving, and have adjustment dimensions that can be quantified. Moreover, the installation is simple, and the adjusting mechanisms themselves can be reused.

    Abstract: A platform scale uses a method of detecting a center-of-gravity (COG) offset. A weight value of a load on a weighing platform is calculated. The weighing platform is allowed to reach a steady state. When the weight value exceeds a COG offset threshold, then a position of a load COG is calculated using a load COG position algorithm. Whether the calculated position is in a valid region of the weighing platform is determined. The weight value is displayed if the position is within the valid region; otherwise, the position of the COG is displayed. A display apparatus of the scale displays the weight value or the position of COG of the load. The platform scale alerts a user about a possible invalid weighing event by displaying an image indicative of the COG offset condition, ensuring effective and precise weighing.

    Abstract: A disclosed measurement system is constituted by a plurality of sensors coupled together via a bus. Each sensor can include a master system part and a slave system part. The measurement system can include a master sensor, wherein when the master system part of the master sensor is activated, the master sensor is used to collect, aggregate, and analyze information from all the slave sensors and/or from the master sensor per se; and a plurality of slave sensors, wherein when the master system part of each slave sensor is dormant while the slave system part of each slave sensor is activated, the slave sensor is used to collect and process information and deliver collected and processed information to the master sensor. When a fault occurs in the master sensor, one of the plurality of slave sensors can switch to become a new master sensor.
