    Abstract: The present invention provides a curing device for sealant, and which includes an ultraviolet light source, and a waveguide. A light beam projected from the ultraviolet light source enters the waveguide. The waveguide includes multiple light emitting ports, and the light beam emits from the multiple light emitting ports after one or several total internal reflection. The multiple light emitting ports are arranged and distributed according to the positions of the sealant to be cured. The present invention further provides a method for curing the sealant. The curing device and the method for curing the sealant can readily increase the efficiency of utilization of the ultraviolet light source, while it can readily reduce the cost associated thereof.

    Abstract: A manufacturing device of a liquid crystal panel includes a lower fixing plate, an upper fixing plate located in a standby position and being separated from the lower fixing plate, or located in a bonding position and being bonded to the lower fixing plate, and at least one ultraviolet light source disposed around the lower fixing plate and located above the lower fixing plate. The sealant is pre-cured after the TFT substrate and the CF substrate are bonded and before the liquid crystal panel is transferred to the next manufacturing device, which improves the corrosion resistance of the sealant to liquid crystals and air, and also reduces or even eliminates the influence to the sealant caused by the corrosion in the following manufacturing process of the sealant. Thus, damage to the liquid crystal panel can be prevented even the transferring device breakdowns when the liquid crystal panel is transferred.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a drying device for drying a glass substrate with alignment liquid sprayed thereon. The drying device includes a container, a belt conveying mechanism, and an infra-red heater. The belt conveying mechanism is disposed inside the container for conveying the glass substrate. The belt conveying mechanism includes a conveyer for supporting the glass substrate. The infra-red heater is disposed on an inner surface of the container and corresponding to an external surface of the conveyer contacting the glass substrate. The present disclosure further provides a conveying apparatus with the drying device. With the drying device and the conveying apparatus of the present disclosure, the glass substrate is conveyed by the conveyer and is heated evenly. Thus, a situation where the glass substrate is unevenly heated and a thickness of the alignment film become non-uniform can be avoided somewhat.
