    Abstract: A touch substrate manufacturing method, for manufacturing a target touch substrate to be assembled with a display substrate, is provided. A size of an active display region of the display substrate is a first preset size. The method includes: providing a touch substrate to be processed having a second preset size, the second preset size being greater than the first preset size; and cutting, in at least one cutting direction, the touch substrate to be processed to obtain the target touch substrate, the cutting direction being parallel to an extending direction of a touch channel on the touch substrate to be processed.     Abstract: A method for implementing an atomic clock based on NV-15N coupling spin system in diamond and a device are provided. The method includes: applying a pulse sequence to jointly initialize NV electron spins and 15N nuclear spins; performing a Ramsey interferometry to compare a RF frequency and a 15N hyperfine coupling; entangling the NV electron spin and the nuclear spin, reading out a state of nuclear spins by collecting a fluorescence signal; calculating a frequency difference between the RF frequency and the 15N hyperfine coupling according to the fluorescence signal, thereby locking the RF frequency to the 15N hyperfine coupling; and outputting the RF frequency as a frequency standard. This system is located in a stable solid environment and is not affected by environmental conditions such as an external magnetic field, electric field, and temperature, and therefore it has an excellent robustness. Various components of the device may be integrated into several chips to miniaturize a diamond atomic clock.

The method is to lock a RF frequency using a 14N zero-field splitting and output the RF frequency as a frequency standard.     Abstract: An apparatus includes a current excitation source, a roadheader telescopic protection cylinder, an electric rotating apparatus, auxiliary cutting teeth, a cutting head entity, a transmission shaft, an optical fiber ring protective housing, an optical fiber ring, an optical fiber current sensor control unit and a recovery electrode. The apparatus transmits an auxiliary current Ie and a monitoring current Id to a coal seam. The auxiliary current Ie and the monitoring current Id are homologous currents that are incompatible, and the auxiliary current Ie squeezes the monitoring current Id, so the monitoring current Id monitors the environment of the coal seam. The monitoring current Id flows to the coal seam as, and a return current If flows through the transmission shaft and a roadheader expansion part. The optical fiber ring measures the return current If, when the roadheader is heading forward and encounters abnormal geological bodies.

The device includes a broadband light source, a first optical fiber circulator array, a second optical fiber circulator array, a collimator array, a reflecting film array, a third optical fiber circulator array, and an optical path analyzer. During transmission of light emitted from the broadband light source, the light with different wavelengths is separated via several optical gratings etched on a single-mode optical fiber (SMF), and reaches reflecting films adhered to the working face of the scraper conveyor through first optical fiber circulators, second optical fiber circulators, and collimators. The light with the different wavelengths is then reflected back from the reflecting films, enters the SMF through third optical fiber circulators, and finally enters the optical path analyzer.

The optical system includes a broadband light source, a polarizer, collimating lenses, a gradient-rotation media plate, a polarization beam splitter, and a data processing module. The mechanical system includes a connecting base, connecting rods, a slider, a bracket, and a sensor housing. When the shearer operates, the rocker arm converts rotation angle information to linear displacement related to a gradient refractive index by using a connecting rod mechanism, and a position on the gradient-rotation media plate through which linearly polarized light produced by the optical system passes also changes. Due to an optical rotation effect, corresponding rotation angles of a plane of polarization that are formed after the light passing through the gradient-rotation media plate also vary.

    Abstract: When the heading machine tunnels, a current generated by a current excitation source enters a coal seam through a movable cutting pick to form a stray current. The stray current collected by a backflow net returns to a negative electrode of a power supply through a transition resistor. When information such as the water content of the coal seam changes, the stray current and a potential difference across the transition resistor also accordingly change, and the coal seam water content information is converted into an electric signal. When the potential difference across the transition resistor is applied to two ends of a piezoelectric ceramic, the piezoelectric ceramic extends or compresses, and the electric signal is converted into a strain signal. A sensing optical fiber converts the strain signal into an optical signal detectable by a photoelectric detector. The optical signal is analyzed to obtain the coal seam water content information.
