    Abstract: A lens module arranged on a light-sensing surface of a sensor module is disclosed. The lens module includes at least one lens stacked along an optical axis and the lens includes a lens fixing element and a plurality of lens elements. The lens fixing element is provided with a plurality of through holes each receiving a corresponding one of the lens elements, and an edge of the lens elements is secured to the lens fixing element. According to the present invention, each of the through holes has the same shape as a corresponding one of photosensitive regions of the light-sensing surface, as well as a side wall spaced from the photosensitive region in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis by a relatively uniform gap. In the present invention, there is also provided a camera comprising such a lens module.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a blisk machining center, including: A-axis rotary assembly, B-axis rotary assembly and C-axis rotary assembly, wherein the A-axis rotary assembly drives the blisk to rotate, the B-axis rotary assembly drives an attachment head to rotate, and the attachment head drives a tool to machine the blisk, and the C-axis rotary assembly drives the A-axis rotary assembly to rotate, wherein the intersection of the rotation axis of the B-axis rotary assembly and the rotation axis of the C-axis rotary assembly is the center of the machining area of the blisk, and the tip point of the tool is on the rotation axis of the B-axis rotary assembly. In the present invention, the machining area is near the rotation center of the C-axis turntable, which ensures that the speed and acceleration of the movement of each physical axis are kept within a lower range than those of general machine tools when the machine tool is performing the machining of the 5-axis rotary tool center point.

    Abstract: A workpiece exchange device, including: a workpiece spindle; and a workpiece library, wherein: the workpiece spindle is arranged on a pallet, the pallet is arranged on a slide table, the pallet can move along a Z axis of a machine tool, and the slide table can move along an X axis of the machine tool; and the workpiece library is used to store workpieces, and the workpiece spindle can move along the X-axis and Z-axis of the machine tool and grab a workpiece. The present invention also discloses a method for exchanging workpieces. Through the coordinated movement of the slide table and the pallet, the workpiece spindle can take out a workpiece to be machined from the workpiece library or return a machined workpiece into the workpiece library. The present invention uses a machine tool coordinate system to grab the workpiece with high precision and high speed, and does not need to add an auxiliary mechanism, and has the advantages of simple structure, high stability and good reliability.
