  • Patent number: 12257147
Abstract: An anchoring for heart valve prostheses includes a stent framework, for attaching heart valve leaflets to an inner side, and compartmentalization clips, connected with the stent framework at a first end region and having a free second end region. The anchoring exhibits a primary form and reversibly transformable into a delivery form for the minimally invasive introduction into the body of the patient by elastic deformation and/or compression of certain regions or elements. The compartmentalization clips are arcuately shaped between the first and second end regions in the primary form and are elastically foldable such that the compartmentalization clips extend in a flat manner between the first and second end regions in the delivery form. The anchoring has a separation structure connected with the stent framework and the compartmentalization clips to separate the areas of the native leaflets to be treated from the bloodstream when the anchoring implanted.

  • Publication number: 20250094569
Abstract: Aspects and embodiments herein pertain to global ML prediction applied in a data security context. In some examples, a global prediction pertaining to a data item as a whole (the ‘original’ data item) is generated using an ML predictor. A data element is masked by removing it from the data item, or obscuring it in some way (e.g., through modification or replacement). The same ML predictor is applied to the perturbed data item. A change in global confidence between the original data item and the perturbed data item denotes local significance of the individual data item (or subset of data items) that have been masked. Other significance indicators (such as start and end markers of significant sections) are also considered. Other methods of estimating local significance are considered. In some examples, one or more such methods are used to generate training data for training a self-interpretation ML model.

  • Publication number: 20250036681
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for on-device video query and search using an artificial neural network (ANN) includes receiving by the ANN, a video and a search query. The video includes a sequence of frames and associated subtitle information. First representations for a first set of words in the search query and second representations for a second set of words in the subtitle information are generated, at the mobile device by the ANN. A correlation between the search query and the subtitle information is determined at the mobile device by the ANN based on the first representations and the second representations. The ANN, at the mobile device. predicts a portion of the video including content responsive to the search query based on the correlation.

  • Publication number: 20250028485
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for improved performance in a fragmented memory system are described. The memory system may detect conditions associated with a random access parameter stored at the memory system to assess a level of data fragmentation. The memory system may determine that a random access parameter, such as a data fragmentation parameter, a size of information associated with an access command, a depth of a command queue, a delay duration, or a quantity of commands satisfies a threshold. If one or more of the random access parameters satisfies the threshold, the memory system may transmit a request for the host system to increase an associated clock frequency. The host system may increase the number of commands sent to the memory system in a duration of time. That is, the host system may compensate for a slow-down due to data storage fragmentation by increasing the command processing rate.

  • Patent number: 12130747
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for dynamic logical page sizes for memory devices are described. A memory device may use an initial set of logical pages each having a same size and one or more logical-to-physical (L2P) tables to map logical addresses of the logical pages to the physical addresses of corresponding physical pages. As commands are received from a host device, the memory device may dynamically split a logical page to introduce smaller logic pages if the host device accesses data in chunk sizes smaller than the size of the logical page that is split. The memory device may maintain one or more additional L2P tables for each smaller logical page size that is introduced, along with one or more pointer tables to map between L2P tables and entries for larger logical page sizes and L2P tables and entries associated with smaller logical page sizes.

  • Publication number: 20240319914
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for write buffer extensions for storage interface controllers are described. Apparatuses and methods are presented in which a buffer may be used to temporarily store data from an application if the memory device is in an INACTIVE power mode. This may allow the memory device to remain asleep. The buffer may be positioned on the host device so that the power mode of the memory device may not affect it. That way, data may be stored in the buffer without waking up the memory device. If the memory device is in an ACTIVE power mode, the data that has been temporarily stored in the buffer may be sent to the memory device for storage. During read operations, if the requested data is stored in the buffer, it may be used instead of data in the memory device.

  • Patent number: 12092626
Abstract: A workflow and fluid analysis system to determine polar concentration and type of a reservoir fluid sample that is collected and analyzed in a downhole environment. Once collected this data can be fed into an advisory tool which can predict the probability of different types of issues that might be encountered in production of reservoir fluids from the reservoir. The workflow and fluid analysis system can also be employed in a surface-located laboratory tool for analysis of reservoir fluids.
