Abstract: A digital multi-media greeting comprising a text component, a graphics component, and one or more of an audio component, an animation component, a sound component, a film component, an image component and a video component. The digital greeting contains an autoexecute function, and it is contained on a physical medium that is readable by a computer adapted to accept the medium, such as but not limited to CD-ROM. The greeting is displayed to the recipient on a digital display medium such as but not limited to a computer screen.
