  • Publication number: 20210041441
Abstract: The present invention is directed to compounds, compositions and methods for modulating RAS family GTPases, in particular KRas, HRas and NRas GTPases. These GTPases are upregulated in cancer and in other tissue and represent appropriate targets for therapy. Methods for identifying the activity of compounds with respect to these and other GTPases in multiplex flow cytometry systems represents another aspect of this invention.

  • Patent number: 8695930
Abstract: The versatile support apparatus has an assembly including a plurality of substantially rigid longitudinal members. At least one substantially flexible transverse securing member may be attached transversally to a portion of each of the plurality of longitudinal members. Each longitudinal member of the plurality of longitudinal members may be repositioned about a longitudinal axis of the longitudinal member. A first-end coupling portion of the end of a first longitudinal side of the assembly may be selectively coupled to a second-end coupling portion of an opposite end of an opposite second longitudinal side of the assembly to form an interior cavity. The support apparatus is configured to support an object within the interior cavity. An additional intermediary coupling portion is provided to allow construction of support assemblies of multiple sizes.

  • Publication number: 20080251654
Abstract: Support structure for a limp bag with a front sheet biased to flex in a horizontal plane but not in a vertical plane, a rear sheet biased to flex in a horizontal plane but not in a vertical plane, the sheets hingedly attached to each other on their left and right sides so that the sheets form an envelope having an inside portion that can be opened to form an enclosure having an open elliptically shaped top and bottom portion, the inside bottom portion including at least one torsion spring and attached arms that are fixedly located on the bottom horizontal plane of the endosure and spreading at a ninety degree angle from each other when in the non stressed position so that the arms automatically hold the structure in an open elliptical shape.
