    Abstract: A process for edging a fabric which includes the steps of rolling the edge of the fabric loosely and then sewing the rolled edge with a tight zig-zag stitch which overlaps the outer fold of the rolled edge. In one arrangement, the zig-zag stitch is wider than the rolled portion and completely crosses over the rolled edge. A stiffener is added in one arrangement.
