A plurality of clips is each coupled to an associated one of the cords. Each of the clips may be coupled to an associated one of a plurality of toys. A plurality of retractors is each positioned within an associated one of the arms. Each of the retractors has an associated one of the cords is coupled thereto. Thus, the retractors each allow the clips to be moved between a minimum distance and a maximum distance away from the housing.
