  • Publication number: 20200189698
Abstract: An inflatable life preserver uses a novel packing method with a lightweight inflatable film that allows it to integrate with equipment so that it is not noticeable to the user in the uninflated condition and does not impede the user's operations. In the uninflated state, the bladder is folded and rolled in a way that minimizes the device footprint. The device can be attached to a MOLLE vest or other garment. In the inflated condition, the inflatable bladder material is unsupported and is constrained to provide buoyancy distribution to turn a user face-up at the water line.

  • Publication number: 20170223137
Abstract: Techniques are provided for determining a frequency cap rule that will be applied to one or more content requests associated with one or more users. In one technique, a frequency cap rule is determined based on performance of one or more content delivery campaigns. Thus, the frequency cap rule that is applied to a content request related to a content delivery campaign may change over time. In another technique, multiple frequency cap rules are determined to be applicable to a particular content request and one or more criteria are used to select one of the frequency cap rules to apply.

  • Publication number: 20100183814
Abstract: A method of manufacture of a silicone grip, comprising coating a solution of a silicone composition onto a substrate surface to form a silicone layer, wherein the solution comprises: a catalyst that promotes cure of the silicone composition, a higher molecular weight organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule, a lower molecular weight organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule, an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, and a solvent; and curing the silicone layer to form the silicone grip conformable with the substrate surface, wherein the cured silicone layer has a Shore A Durometer of less than or equal to about 60.
