    Abstract: A feed device extends the run time for manufacturing explosive materials. The feed device includes a feed hopper for retaining processing materials where the feed hopper includes an access at the top of the feed hopper for inputting processing materials and an extender attached to the top of the feed hopper. The extender includes at least one baffle fixed within the interior of the extender. Processing material is conveyed from the extender through the access and into the feed hopper.
