One or more algebraic expressions of the metric definitions are evaluated in accordance with the each classifier and the filtered performance data to determine compliance of the service provider computing device with the electronic contract. A write request for a second record is received during the window of time. A lock is acquired for the second record, and the write request is performed using a copy of the second record in the first data store and a copy of the second record in the second data store.
