  • Publication number: 20250030952
Abstract: Local automatic white balance (AWB) of wide dynamic range (WDR) images is provided. Methods and systems include collecting, by an image signal processor (ISP), statistics for local AWB from at least one wide dynamic range (WDR) image received by the ISP; generating, by a processor, based on the statistics, local gain lookup tables (LUTs), one for each color channel represented in the WDR image(s), each local gain LUT providing a correlation between gain and intensity; and storing the local gain LUTs. Further processing includes, for each of multiple pixels of a WDR image to be output calculating an intensity value, accessing the local gain LUT for the color channel corresponding to that pixel using the calculated intensity value to identify a corresponding local gain value, and applying the local gain value to that pixel.

  • Patent number: 12199171
Abstract: A vertical tunneling field-effect transistor and a method for its manufacture are provided. According to methods herein disclosed, oppositely doped source and drain regions are formed, and an APAM delta layer is formed in the surface of the transistor substrate, beneath a metal gate, in electrical contact with, e.g., the source region. A dielectric layer intervenes between the substrate surface and the metal gate. An epitaxial cap layer directly over the APAM layer forms a dielectric layer interface with a dielectric layer, which is located between the epitaxial cap layer and the metal gate. A vertical channel is defined for tunneling between the APAM delta layer and an induced conduction channel adjacent to the dielectric layer interface that is formed in operation, and that is in electrical contact with, e.g., the drain region.

  • Patent number: 12197317
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide an automated testing pipeline for providing a testing dataset for testing a trained neural network model trained using a first training dataset. A first testing dataset for the trained neural network including a first plurality of user queries is received. A dependency parser is used to filter the first plurality of user queries based on one or more action verbs. A pretrained language model is used to rank the remaining user queries based on respective relationships with queries in the first training dataset. Further, user queries that are classified as keyword matches with the queries in the first training dataset using a bag of words classifier are removed. A second testing dataset is generated using the ranked remaining user queries. Testing outputs are generated, by the trained neural network model, using the second testing dataset.

  • Patent number: 12190947
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for imprint recovery for memory arrays are described. In some cases, memory cells may become imprinted, which may refer to conditions where a cell becomes predisposed toward storing one logic state over another, resistant to being written to a different logic state, or both. Imprinted memory cells may be recovered using a recovery or repair process that may be initiated according to various conditions, detections, or inferences. In some examples, a system may be configured to perform imprint recovery operations that are scaled or selected according to a characterized severity of imprint, an operational mode, environmental conditions, and other factors. Imprint management techniques may increase the robustness, accuracy, or efficiency with which a memory system, or components thereof, can operate in the presence of conditions associated with memory cell imprinting.

  • Patent number: 12189579
Abstract: Containers are generated including data containers storing segments of files, segment tree containers storing upper-level segments of segment trees representing the files, and cloud containers storing headers from the data and segment tree containers. A header for a data container includes fingerprints identifying the segments of files. A header for a segment tree container includes fingerprints identifying the upper-level segments. The containers are sent to cloud storage for storage as a cloud unit. The cloud unit is attached to a deduplicated storage appliance by storing at the appliance the segment tree and cloud containers, cloud configuration details, and an index. The cloud configuration details identify the cloud storage having the cloud unit. The index maps the fingerprints to the containers. When a cloud unit is to be detached, the segment tree and cloud containers, and index from the local storage are deleted, but the cloud configuration details are maintained.
