Abstract: A light emitting fan device including a main fan frame, fan assembly, first light guide ring, second light guide ring, light emitting assembly, and securing fan frame ring is provided. The main fan frame includes an inner annular side plate encompassing the fan assembly, and an outer annular side plate. The inner and the outer annular side plates define a mounting space therebetween. The light emitting assembly is disposed on the second light guide ring. The first light guide ring, second light guide ring, and securing fan frame ring are arranged at least partly in the mounting space. A second exterior light circumferential edge, second exterior side light surface, and elongated extended side light surface of the second light guide ring, and a first exterior light circumferential edge and first exterior side light surface of the first light guide ring are illuminated by the plurality of light sources.
