Patent number: 12280937Abstract: A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a generally conic tapering drain floor that makes up its top surface. The tapering drain floor may make draining the carrier easier by directing water toward a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. For example, an inside layer closest to the internal cavity may be a waterproof layer, a middle layer may be an insulating layer, and an external layer may be a decorative layer.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 2023Date of Patent: April 22, 2025Assignee: 2SURV, INC.Inventors: Russell W. White, Shawn A. Roberts, Laura J. Roberts

Publication number: 20250051086Abstract: A nesting system for securing a container is disclosed. The container could be a soft-sided backpack style cooler. Such a system may include a cooler with a sidewall, a top, a base, a vertical axis extending from the base to the top, and an insulated interior region. The base may have a bottom plate portion with at least one protrusion extending down from bottom plate portion and one or more holes formed through protrusion orthogonal to the vertical axis. The protrusion could be a wall that extends downward from the bottom plate portion of the base around the entire perimeter of the base. In addition, the protrusion could have an irregular profile with feet that extends further down then the rest of the wall. The system may also include a nesting platform with a bottom tray and a vertical wall extending up from the bottom tray. The bottom tray and vertical wall may be sized to allow the base to fit within tray and vertical wall.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 31, 2024Publication date: February 13, 2025Inventors: Russell W. Publication number: 20240400290Abstract: A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber, nylon, or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. For example, an inside layer closest to the internal cavity may be a waterproof layer, a middle layer may be an insulating layer, and an external layer may be a decorative layer. Within the cooler or carrier may be one or more silos with a mating plug within the silo. The silo may be generally cylindrical in shape and configured to accept a beverage container in a manner that allow a beverage within the container to be accessed from outside the cooler.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 15, 2024Publication date: December 5, 2024Inventors: Russell W. White, Shawn A. Roberts, Laura J. Roberts

Publication number: 20190077290Abstract: A system to hold a beverage container is disclosed. Such a system may include, for example, a platform having a top surface and a bottom surface. The platform may have a hole formed there through. As such, the platform may also define a vertical cross section through the diameter of the hole, and the cross section may have at least one chamfered corner. The hole may have a diameter between 2½ inches and 5½ inches. The system may also include a stretch fabric extending from the edge of the hole and beyond the bottom surface of the platform to form a generally cylindrical sleeve. The generally cylindrical sleeve may have an unstretched internal diameter that is less than the internal diameter of the hole.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 29, 2018Publication date: March 14, 2019Inventors: Russell W. Patent number: 7095519Abstract: This invention relates to a system and method to upload and recover print jobs over a network. A client sends to a server a request for a specific document to be uploaded for transfer across a network. The sever creates an object to identify and process the request. The server sends a response to the client indicating that the request has been received and an associated object has been created. The server stores packets of the data document as they are uploaded and transmitted. Once the complete document has been uploaded and transferred to the server, it is stored in a network accessible data store.Type: GrantFiled: November 13, 2000Date of Patent: August 22, 2006Assignee: Mimeo.com, Inc.Inventors: Jeff Stewart, Jennifer R.
