Patent number: 12280937Abstract: A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a generally conic tapering drain floor that makes up its top surface. The tapering drain floor may make draining the carrier easier by directing water toward a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. For example, an inside layer closest to the internal cavity may be a waterproof layer, a middle layer may be an insulating layer, and an external layer may be a decorative layer.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 2023Date of Patent: April 22, 2025Assignee: 2SURV, INC.Inventors: Russell W. White, Shawn A. Roberts, Laura J. Roberts

Publication number: 20250051086Abstract: A nesting system for securing a container is disclosed. The container could be a soft-sided backpack style cooler. Such a system may include a cooler with a sidewall, a top, a base, a vertical axis extending from the base to the top, and an insulated interior region. The base may have a bottom plate portion with at least one protrusion extending down from bottom plate portion and one or more holes formed through protrusion orthogonal to the vertical axis. The protrusion could be a wall that extends downward from the bottom plate portion of the base around the entire perimeter of the base. In addition, the protrusion could have an irregular profile with feet that extends further down then the rest of the wall. The system may also include a nesting platform with a bottom tray and a vertical wall extending up from the bottom tray. The bottom tray and vertical wall may be sized to allow the base to fit within tray and vertical wall.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 31, 2024Publication date: February 13, 2025Inventors: Russell W. White, Shawn A. Roberts

Patent number: 12195521Abstract: A2M polypeptide compositions containing a non-natural bait region are disclosed. Methods of producing wild-type and variant A2M polypeptides and polynucleotides containing a non-natural bait region are also disclosed. The bait regions of the variant A2M polypeptides demonstrate enhanced protease inhibitory characteristics compared to wild-type A2M. Variant A2M polypeptides that demonstrate longer half-lives upon administration to an organism compared to wild-type A2M are disclosed. The A2M compositions are useful in treating a number of diseases and conditions including inflammation, chronic wounds, and diseases with a pathology associated with proteases.Type: GrantFiled: March 6, 2023Date of Patent: January 14, 2025Assignee: Cytonics CorporationInventors: Lewis Hanna, John David Laughlin, Shawn Robert Browning

Publication number: 20250011668Abstract: A feedstock delivery system transfers a carbonaceous material, such as municipal solid waste, into a product gas generation system. The feedstock delivery system includes a splitter for splitting bulk carbonaceous material into a plurality of carbonaceous material streams. Each stream is processed using a weighing system for gauging the quantity of carbonaceous material, a densification system for forming plugs of carbonaceous material, a de-densification system for breaking up the plugs of carbonaceous material, and a gas and carbonaceous material mixing system for forming a carbonaceous material and gas mixture. A pressure of the mixing gas is reduced prior to mixing with the carbonaceous material, and the carbonaceous material to gas weight ratio is monitored. A transport assembly conveys the carbonaceous material and gas mixture to a first reactor where at least the carbonaceous material within the mixture is subject to thermochemical reactions to form the product gas.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 28, 2024Publication date: January 9, 2025Inventors: Ravi Chandran, Daniel A. Burciaga, Daniel Michael Leo, Shawn Robert Freitas, Dave G. Newport, Justin Kevin Miller, Kaitlin Emily Harrington, Brian Christopher Attwood
