  • Publication number: 20190340591
Abstract: A system may include a memory and a processor to perform rule-based document parsing and analysis. The system may comprise a device that receives, from a different, second device, a document including strings of characters. The device may also parse, using a first and a second rule based analysis, a plurality of the strings of characters to identify first information and second information, respectively. The device may also generate, based on the first and/or second information, a trigger process. The device may also transmit, based on generating the trigger process, a first communication to the second device, and may also receive, from the second device and based on transmitting the first communication, a second communication. The device may also transmit, based on receiving the second communication, a third communication that includes information identifying a discrepancy between information identified by the strings of characters and information associated with the other device.

  • Patent number: 9355549
Abstract: Systems and methods of the invention relate to identifying a repair facility for a vehicle and scheduling a repair for the vehicle while minimizing a downtime of the vehicle. Embodiments of the invention include receiving a route of a vehicle and a repair via a request for a repair. Based on the request for a repair, an evaluation component can identify a repair facility that can handle or perform the repair defined as well as be within proximity of the vehicle. A repair component can assign a repair facility to the vehicle based on a capability of performing or handling the repair, a geographic distance from the vehicle, or an inventory of parts for the repair.

  • Publication number: 20160078695
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein relate to indicating a repair to perform on an asset based on historic data related to a repair on the asset and/or sensor data associated with the asset. An evaluate component aggregates information related an asset such as a repair performed or data from a sensor. A repair evaluation component indicates a repair to perform on the asset based on at least one of the data from the sensor or the information related to the asset. By utilizing asset-specific information and historical data, repair schedules for assets can be more accurate and thereby reducing untimely repairs.

  • Publication number: 20140067666
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include a bill manager component that can identify an ownership of a vehicle and receive an invoice from a third party for a repair on an owned vehicle. The bill manager component can communicate payment for the repair as well as identify an inconsistency in the invoice based on a set of rules. Based on an identified inconsistency, the bill manager component can communicate a refund invoice to the third party.
