The fuel component includes at least about 10% and at most about 90% by weight of a flammable primary fuel and at least about 10% and at most about 90% by weight of a combustible secondary fuel.

Abstract: A waste bin assembly for the collection and storage of waste material. The waste bin assembly includes a bin with a floor and one or more walls extending from the floor to at least partially define a cavity. One or more of the floor and the walls includes one or more heating elements, for heating the waste material in the cavity. The waste bin assembly also includes a frame subassembly for supporting the bin. The frame subassembly includes two or more posts and one or more transverse members connecting the posts. The transverse member and the posts define one or more apertures in which one or more panels are positionable.
