Abstract: A combined bucket and tool holder apparatus is disclosed. Embodiments of the combined bucket and tool holder apparatus may include a bottom panel and three or more wall panels each having a bottom edge attached to the bottom panel, two side edges attached to adjacent wall panels, and a substantially flat outer surface. The bottom panel and wall panels may together form a cavity adapted to hold a liquid. Embodiments may also include a plurality of tool holders to receive and hold tools where each tool is permanently attached to an outer surface of one of the wall panels. Further embodiments may also include a pour spout integrated into one of the wall panels at a top edge of the wall panel to direct liquid being poured out of the cavity and a handle rotatably attached to two or more wall panels.
