  • Publication number: 20240178761
Abstract: An integrated platform has an electrical inverter to convert received DC power to AC power for the electrical grid system. An electrical inverter, electrical disconnects, and electrical panels and/or cabinet enclosures are all mounted onto the integrated platform. Electrical wiring interconnecting the electrical inverter, the set of electrical disconnects, and the two or more electrical panels and/or cabinet enclosures is electrically connected up in accordance with a national electric standard in a facility. The skeletal framework, the electrical wiring, and the two or more electrical panels and/or cabinet enclosures are fabricated and received their respective electrical certifications in the facility prior to being shipped and installed. The skeletal framework supports the weight of the electrical inverter, the set of electrical disconnects, the electrical wiring, and the two or more electrical panels to allow the integrated platform to be installed into the construction site as the integrated platform.

  • Publication number: 20240055796
Abstract: A connector for a DC voltage connection to a platform can have i) a first over-mold section for a panel mount and ii) a sealing boot with a second over-mold section. The first over-mold section for the panel mount encases a portion of a first cable and a first section of a shear bolt connector to form a panel mount receptacle. The second over-mold section of the sealing boot encases a portion of a second cable and a second section of the shear bolt connector. The second over-mold section can have a shape and size to slidably fit over the first over-mold section to form a mechanically locked, watertight assembly that covers the shear bolt connector in its entirety and the portions of the first cable and the second cable that are electrically coupled inside the shear bolt connector.

  • Publication number: 20220352698
Abstract: A cable pulling system that has at least a cable pulling jig, a wire guide and management jig, and a mechanical coupling to attach the cable pulling jig to a first vehicle to pull multiple cables. The wire guide and management jig helps manage the multiple cables to prevent the multiple cables from i) tangling ii) getting out of alignment, and iii) any combination of both, while being pulled.
