Abstract: A power control system is provided, including a power control module having a controller configured to change to and from a first state operable to enable an electrical connection between a power source and a power receptacle sufficient to operate a load, and a second state operable to limit the voltage to the power receptacle to a power level greater than zero volts but insufficient voltage to operate the load; a receiver; and a processor, the processor configured to move the switch in response to a code received by the receiver from a transmitter associated with the load.
