The system for bilingual communication includes a means to allow a first communicating party and a second communicating party to electronically communicate where the first party and second party communicate in different languages for a group consisting of all spoken languages and sign language. Either or both parties may be more than one person. Communication is made in at least a first location-specific site and is made in a timely manner through a remote third party live interpreter.
