Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device for exercising. In particular, the present disclosure relates to an agility training and exercise device, and method of agility training, useful for improving overall body agility and coordination of the users. The present agility training and exercise device provides customized course configurations, which can be used by all levels of athletes—from professional to the average individual—wishing to improve overall body and mental agility. The present agility training and exercise device may also be useful for rehabilitation therapy or those with disabilities seeking to improve both physical and mental agility.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device or apparatus for use in exercising and physical therapy. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a sliding exercise device and system useful for exercising multiple areas of the body. The present device is particularly useful for targeting the hips, thighs, core, upper body and associated muscles for strengthening and/or rehabilitation. The device can used by individuals seeking strength and balance training but is also useful for rehabilitation. The present device is also portable, making it useful for use at a home and/or at a gym or rehabilitation facility.

Abstract: A process mechanically breaks colloidal suspension bonds with the surrounding fluids through high energy impact with a stationary plate or a colliding fluid stream. The fluid with a colloidal suspension is pumped through one or more ?? to 3? nozzles to collide with either a stationary plate in an impact chamber at high velocity, another similar or different fluid stream, or both another fluid stream and an impact plate. The process breaks the bonds maintaining the colloidal suspension, disassociates these materials, and allows for gravity or chemical separation of the previously colloidal particles from the fluid. The process can separate colloidal particles from a liquid medium through pressurization followed by high energy impact and rapid release.

Abstract: A shoe is disclosed for use in playing soccer or other activities. The shoe is designed to offer greater power and protection for a wearer's foot and ankle. The shoe is formed with a flexible outsole and an adjusted straight last. The upper is designed with a wide toebox and short lacing system. The shoe uses a unique cleat system. These features decrease the chances of injury and also give a player, such as a soccer player, enhanced ball control and power. This shoe can be modified for use, for example as a running shoe, or a casual shoe.
