A method of manufacturing an IC package and computer with the IC package are also disclosed.

A grating receives the input signal from the input optical link and generates individual optical wavelength signals. A mirror array operative as a beam steering engine receives the individual optical wavelength signals and redirects them to the grating. Through adjusting the position of the speaker assembly and the keyboard module relative to the housing, the usability of the portable electronic device is improved.
